26 Jan Workshop and Networking Event Photography | SO/ Vienna Hotel, Austria

The Accor Leisure Workshop 2023, held in Vienna, Austria, was a dynamic and exciting event for the representatives of Accor Hotels and tour agencies from across Europe. As the event photographer, it was a privilege to capture all the key moments of this two-day gathering, including the champagne reception, buffet dinner, and the speed-dating style networking event.
On the first evening, attendees gathered in SO/ Vienna hotel for a champagne reception and buffet dinner. The panoramic view of the city on the 18th floor, combined with the delicious finger food, created a stunning atmosphere for the guests to mingle and connect.
The second day of the workshop was focused on networking, with the attendees participating in speed-dating style sessions. This provided an opportunity for the Accor Hotel representatives and the tour agencies to build connections and discuss potential business opportunities. As the event photographer, I was able to capture the energy and excitement of these productive networking sessions.
In addition to capturing the key moments of the event, I also had the opportunity to conduct video interviews with the attendees. These interviews provide deeper insight into the goals and motivations of the participants, and add a personal touch to the overall event coverage.
Finally, I was tasked with creating a short aftermovie that captures the essence of the workshop. The aftermovie showcases the key moments and highlights of the event, and provides a visual summary for the attendees to relive the experience.
