I was the photographer at an international workshop in Art’Otel Budapest, which was organized for civic activists from the Visegrád Four countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia), the United States and the Russian Federation. The goal of the Transatlantic – Russia Civic Workshop was to support civil society and strengthen cooperation between the participating countries. The program covered various subjects, like public speaking, leadership and team building, intercultural communication, civil campaigning, branding and external communications. After the discussions in the conference room the participants had brainstorming sessions, divided into smaller teams. Even the coffee breaks proved to be useful for networking. It is always interesting to work at international workshops as an event photographer, especially at hotels with nice interior design and good lighting, which was the case, fortunately this time.
