Corporate Event Photography and Video Production in Porto

We recently had the pleasure of capturing a dynamic two-day corporate event for a major multinational company in Porto. Our team provided full event photography and videography coverage for their annual convention, bringing together around 300 employees for a mix of professional sessions, team-building, celebrations, and networking.

Day one kicked off at the impressive Baron’s Hall at Real Companhia Velha — a historic and atmospheric venue surrounded by iconic Port wine barrels. Guests enjoyed a relaxed cocktail lunch to start the day, followed by an engaging plenary session.

In the evening, the program moved to the elegant Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel, where we documented a sophisticated reception and gala dinner. The highlight included a special award ceremony during the meal, with plenty of heartfelt moments and applause captured on both photo and video.

Day two shifted focus to interactive learning and energy. Participants divided into two groups: one took part in exciting challenge activities spread across various locations in the beautiful city of Porto, while the other attended focused workshops at the modern Hilton Porto Gaia.

The event wrapped up in truly grand style with a memorable gala dinner at the iconic Palácio da Bolsa. After a stylish aperitif cocktail, guests were seated in the breathtaking Hall of Nations — one of Porto’s most stunning and historic spaces. The evening featured another award ceremony, along with live musical performances interspersed between courses, creating an elegant and celebratory atmosphere.
